Stress-related patterns are not always obvious. Many people do not feel “stressed” in a dramatic way, yet their body may still be operating under a high demand for energy, minerals, blood sugar regulation, and nervous system stability.
Why do I feel stressed when my life is not especially stressful?
The body can respond to accumulated demand, not just obvious emotional stress. Poor sleep, blood sugar swings, inflammation, pain, caffeine, under-eating, over-exercising, environmental exposures, and unresolved life strain can all increase the workload on the nervous system.
Why can’t I relax even when I am exhausted?
