At Pure Alternatives, we aim to provide high-quality practitioner-dispensed supplements, orgonite products, and professional services. Please review this refund policy carefully, as eligibility and refund terms vary depending on the type of purchase.

For physical products, including supplements and orgonite items, return requests must be submitted within seven days of delivery. Supplements are eligible for return only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Orgonite products must be returned undamaged and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include opened or used supplements, damaged or altered orgonite products, digital or downloadable products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale or clearance.

Approved returns are subject to restocking fees to cover processing and inventory handling. Supplements are subject to a ten percent restocking fee, and orgonite products are subject to a fifteen percent restocking fee. Restocking fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

To initiate a return, contact Pure Alternatives within seven days of delivery at support@purealternatives.us or through the website contact form. Please include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returned items must be shipped according to the instructions provided and should include the RMA information. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pure Alternatives is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds, minus applicable restocking fees, will be issued to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued without any restocking fee.

Environmental Case Review is a professional, interpretive service that involves individualized review and analysis. Because significant time and professional work are committed once case materials are submitted, Environmental Case Review is non-refundable once the review process has begun. Requests made prior to submitting case materials may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Pure Alternatives does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please complete the return process for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

For international orders involving orgonite products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. The same seven-day return window and restocking fees apply. Please contact us for location-specific return instructions.
