However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue items without notice.
• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders due to inventory issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud, notifying you via email support@purealternatives.us if applicable.
• Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
• NOTE: Sometimes supplements are out of stock or discontinued. In these cases we will provide the best options available but photos and description of product will remain.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure payment gateways. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the details are accurate.
• Taxes are applied based on your shipping address, as outlined in our checkout process. For Pennsylvania customers, a flat 6% tax rate applies (per your preference for a consistent tax rate).

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Rates: We offer a flat rate of $11.85 for orders under $99, free shipping for orders $99 and above, and an express rate of $25 for U.S. orders.
• Delivery: We aim to process and ship orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs for international orders.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Contact us at support@purealternatives.us within 7 days of delivery if items arrive damaged or incorrect.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our refund policy, detailed at purealternatives.us/policies/refund-policy, is incorporated into these Terms. Key points:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of notifying us
• A 10% restocking fee applies to supplements, and a 15% restocking fee applies to orgonite products.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and the “Pure Alternatives” branding, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, or other laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing product links).

7. Loyalty Program

Participation in our Rivo Rewards Program is subject to its terms, available at purealternatives.us/pages/loyalty-program. Customers typically require an account to earn or redeem points, though guest purchases may be credited manually at our discretion.
