How I Work

I support the body using a whole-person, physiology-informed approach that respects how real change happens over time. Rather than jumping straight into intense detox protocols or trying to “out-supplement” symptoms, we begin with foundations — the terrain that determines how well the body can adapt.

That usually means supporting mineral balance, digestion, elimination, hydration, and nervous system regulation first. When these systems are under strain, even “good” protocols can backfire by creating overwhelm. My role is to help you understand what your body is communicating, restore steadiness where it’s needed, and move forward in the right order — sustainable, supportive, and personal to you.

In other words: we build stability first, then go deeper when your system is ready.
