Start Here

If your symptoms no longer seem to make sense together — fatigue, brain fog, food sensitivities, poor recovery, stress intolerance, sleep disruption, changing reactions to supplements, or feeling more reactive than you used to — this is where we step back and look at the full pattern.

Many people arrive here after trying multiple approaches, adding more supplements, changing their diet, pushing through stress, or attempting detox strategies without getting the stability they expected.

The issue is often not lack of effort. It is that the body’s capacity, sequence, and tolerance have not been clearly assessed first.

How I Work

I use a whole-person, physiology-informed approach that looks at patterns across systems instead of chasing isolated symptoms one at a time.

Rather than jumping straight into aggressive protocols or trying to “out-supplement” symptoms, we begin by asking what your body is currently showing, where it may be under strain, and what it can realistically tolerate right now.

That may include looking at mineral balance, digestion, elimination, hydration, blood sugar regulation, nervous system load, environmental burden, sleep rhythm, mitochondrial capacity, and detox readiness.

When these systems are under strain, even well-intentioned protocols can backfire by creating more overwhelm. That is why sequencing matters.

In other words: we build stability first, then go deeper when your system is ready.

What Happens Next

Working together is not about adding a random list of supplements or forcing a protocol. It is about understanding what should happen first.

1. Review the pattern We look at your symptoms, history, stress load, exposures, current routines, and what you have already tried.
2. Identify strain We look for the systems that appear overloaded, depleted, reactive, or compensating.
3. Clarify sequence We determine what needs support first, what can wait, and what may be too much too soon.
4. Build direction You leave with clearer priorities and a more grounded next step.

Who This Work Is For

This approach is often a good fit for people who are tired of guessing and want a grounded, systems-based path forward.

It tends to resonate with people who:

  • have symptoms that feel connected but hard to explain
  • have tried multiple approaches without lasting progress
  • feel more sensitive or reactive than they used to
  • do not tolerate aggressive detox or supplement protocols well
  • want to understand their body’s pattern before doing more
  • need help deciding what should happen first

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It is assessment-first, capacity-aware, and focused on practical next steps.

Educational guidance only — not medical diagnosis or treatment.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

If you’re tired of guessing, trying random solutions, or piecing things together on your own, this is where we slow down and look at the full picture.

I can help identify patterns across the body’s systems, clarify what may be contributing to your symptoms, and determine what direction makes sense next — in the right order, and at a pace your system can actually tolerate.

This is a good next step if you want grounded guidance, clearer priorities, and a more steady path forward.

One-on-one support to reduce overwhelm, clarify priorities, and decide what to focus on next.

A Note on Pace

Healing is rarely linear. The body responds best when it feels safe, supported, and un-rushed.

We build stability first, then go deeper when the system is ready. The goal is not to do more. The goal is to understand what your body has been showing you and move forward in the right order.
