FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

These questions offer general clarity about my work, services, and offerings. If you don’t see your question answered here, you’re welcome to reach out.

1 What types of people do you work with?
I work with individuals navigating complex, chronic, and environmentally influenced health concerns who are seeking thoughtful, individualized guidance. Many people I work with have tried multiple approaches and are looking for deeper clarity, structure, and support.
2 Do you diagnose or treat disease?
No. My work does not involve diagnosing or treating disease. I provide educational and clinical guidance focused on supporting the body’s systems, restoring balance, and improving function. Services are intended to complement—not replace—medical care.
3 How do I know where to start?
If you’re new, the best place to begin is the Initial Consultation or the Begin Here page. These are designed to help determine the most appropriate next step based on your goals, history, and current concerns.
4 Do you offer testing or lab work?
Testing may be used selectively when it adds meaningful insight and supports the overall plan. Tests are never ordered automatically and are always considered within the context of your history, resilience, and readiness.
5 Is this work the same as functional medicine?
My approach overlaps with functional and integrative frameworks but is not limited to any single model. Guidance is individualized and focused on foundational support rather than chasing symptoms or lab markers in isolation.
6 Do I need to purchase supplements to work with you?
No. Supplements and products are tools, not requirements. Recommendations are made thoughtfully and only when appropriate. There is no obligation to purchase products in order to receive guidance or support.
7 Are your services virtual or in person?
Consultations and services are currently offered virtually, allowing me to work with individuals regardless of location.
8 How long does it take to see results?
Every person is different. Progress depends on many factors, including history, current stressors, and the body’s capacity for change. The focus is on sustainable support and long-term improvement rather than quick fixes.
9 What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
That’s completely okay. Many people start with education—blog posts, resources, or Substack—before deciding to work together. There is no pressure to move forward until it feels aligned.
