What to Expect

Working together should feel clear, calm, and grounded — not confusing or overwhelming. This page walks you through what happens before, during, and after your session so you know what to expect at each step.

Before Your Session

After you book, you’ll receive an intake form and clear next steps. This helps me understand your history, current concerns, and priorities so our time together is focused and productive.
If you have recent labs or reports, you may upload them ahead of time, but this is optional. You’ll also receive confirmation of your appointment details and anything you should prepare.

During Your Session

We’ll review your symptoms, patterns, and health history together. The goal is to identify likely root contributors and determine the safest and most effective starting point.
There is space for questions and clarification throughout the session. You won’t be rushed, and recommendations are framed around what your system can realistically tolerate.

After Your Session

You’ll receive a written summary outlining recommendations and next steps. If functional testing is appropriate, you’ll receive clear guidance on purpose, timing, and preparation.
Recommendations are paced and adjusted based on your response. Follow-up support is discussed if ongoing care is appropriate.

A Note on Pace

Progress is individualized and not rushed. More is not always better. Sequencing matters, and adjustments are made based on how your body responds.
