Shipping Policy for Pure Alternatives

At Pure Alternatives, we are committed to delivering supplements and orgonite products promptly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines shipping rates, processing times, and delivery details for orders placed on purealternatives.us.

1. Shipping Rates

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $11.85 flat rate for orders under $149.
  • Free Shipping: Free for orders $149 and above.
  • Express Shipping: $25 flat rate for expedited delivery.

International Orders:

  • Supplements are shipped within the United States only.
  • Orgonite may be shipped internationally by invoice only.
  • To request an invoice, email support@purealternatives.us.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

2. Processing Times

  • Supplement orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EDT may begin processing the next business day.
  • Orgonite orders in US are shipped within 7 days. International orders placed with an invoice are hard to determine, depending on country going to. 
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if delays are expected.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after processing.
  • International Orgonite Shipping: Delivery times vary, typically 7–300 business days, depending on country's custom codes.
    Tracking will be provided where available.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking can be viewed through the carrier’s website, such as USPS or UPS.
  • For international orders, tracking may be limited in some regions.

5. Shipping Destinations

We ship supplements and orgonite to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Select international orgonite orders may be available by invoice.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@purealternatives.us with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

Lost Orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 7 days of the shipping date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or provide a resolution.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns, unless the return is due to our error, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or taxes.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Pure Alternatives is not responsible for packages lost or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
