Case Studies

Clinical Case Studies

These case studies are intended to illustrate how I approach complex health patterns. They are not testimonials, and outcomes will vary from person to person.

These anonymized case summaries illustrate how symptoms that appear unrelated—such as fatigue, brain fog, weight resistance, digestive complaints, inflammation, hormonal concerns, and environmental exposures—can often connect through larger physiological patterns.

Names and identifying details have been changed or removed to protect privacy. These are not testimonials, and outcomes will vary from person to person. These examples are educational and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or promise specific outcomes.

Patient Initials Assessment Date Primary Concerns Clinical Pattern Summary Information Reviewed
W.B. December 2025 Tremors, fatigue, neurological symptoms Symptoms appeared to reflect a combination of environmental burden, reduced neurological resilience, and impaired recovery capacity. Health history, exposure history, symptom assessment, protocol review
K.C. September 2025 Weight resistance, fatigue, dizziness, brain fog Multiple symptoms appeared connected through metabolic dysfunction, blood sugar instability, stress load, and reduced energy production. Health history, symptom assessment, exposure questionnaire
R.M. September–November 2025 Weight gain, fatigue, hair changes, slowed metabolism Symptoms suggested a pattern involving metabolic slowing, thyroid-related stress, toxic burden, and reduced physiological resilience. Health history, symptom assessment, Total Tox review, bloodwork
E.H. November–December 2025 Weight resistance, water retention, heat-related energy loss, thyroid concerns Symptoms appeared connected through energy-production challenges, metabolic stress, thyroid-related influences, and long-term stress on resilience. Health history, symptom assessment, exposure questionnaire, protocol review
S.T. December 2025 Fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, digestive complaints Symptoms suggested reduced resilience capacity, stress adaptation strain, energy-production challenges, and environmental burden. Health history, symptom assessment, exposure questionnaire, protocol review
S.U. October–December 2025 Reduced vitality, thyroid concerns, low energy Findings suggested thyroid-related influences, gradual loss of physiological resilience, and environmental burden affecting vitality. Health history, symptom assessment, Total Tox review
C.M. January 2026 Digestive complaints, constipation, heavy cycles, Hashimoto’s concerns Symptoms appeared interconnected through gut dysfunction, immune activation, hormone-related stress, and low detox readiness. Health history, symptom assessment, exposure questionnaire, lab history
A.C. May–July 2025 Chronic hives, facial swelling, sleep disruption, weight gain Symptoms reflected a loss-of-tolerance pattern involving immune reactivity, environmental burden, stress overload, and impaired recovery capacity. Health history, exposure review, symptom assessment, Total Tox review
D.W. July 2025 Fatigue, poor sleep, weight gain, gut complaints Symptoms suggested impaired energy production, sleep disruption, mold burden, stress load, and reduced resilience with age-related metabolic strain. Health history, symptom assessment, exposure questionnaire, Total Tox review
L.L. December 2025–January 2026 Arthritis-type pain, dry skin, jaw/tooth pain, thyroid concerns Symptoms appeared connected through inflammatory, thyroid-related, metabolic, and environmental influences affecting long-term resilience. Health history, symptom assessment, exposure questionnaire, bloodwork
Identifying Physiological Patterns

What These Cases Show

Although the symptoms varied from person to person, several recurring themes emerged throughout these assessments. Fatigue, brain fog, weight resistance, digestive complaints, inflammation, sleep disruption, hormone-related symptoms, and declining resilience appeared repeatedly across multiple cases.

Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, I assess patterns across multiple physiological systems to better understand how seemingly unrelated symptoms may be connected. This process helps identify areas where energy production, metabolism, digestion, stress adaptation, immune function, hormone balance, and environmental resilience may be influencing overall health.
