The Vaccine Establishment is Nervous Due to New Informed Consent Policy
U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said the new policy protects medical freedom and informed consent, and gives parents more say in their kids' vaccines.
Federal health officials on Monday announced a sweeping overhaul of the U.S. childhood vaccine schedule, reducing the number of diseases to be vaccinated against from 17 down to 11. This naturally reduces the number of vaccines children will be getting down from 80+ by the time they are 18!
The federal government will stop paying physicians based on the number of patients they vaccinate, and is urging state health agencies to stop using similar financial incentives.
In a Dec. 30, 2025, memo to state health officials, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) said it “does not tie payment to performance on immunization quality measures in Medicaid and CHIP [Childhood Health Insurance Program] at the federal level.”
Under the new policies, CMS will no longer require states to report how many children are vaccinated, but states may continue to voluntarily provide the data.
CMS stated it will explore options to more strongly encourage informed consent before vaccination and “will also explore how religious exemptions for vaccinations can be accounted for in the data and the subsequent measures.”

(In other words, doctors can no longer punish patients who decline vaccines by kicking them out of their practice! Happened to me!)
Changes to the CDC childhood vaccine schedule, announced Monday, bring the U.S. childhood immunization schedule in line with those of other similar countries, according to federal health officials. What do the changes really mean for parents?
In a move that sparked pushback from mainstream health advocates, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Monday dropped the number of diseases it recommends that all children be vaccinated against from 17 to 11.
Under the previous schedule, the CDC recommended all children receive between 84-88 vaccine doses before age 18. Under the new schedule, the number of recommended vaccine doses falls to about 30.
The changes bring the U.S. childhood immunization schedule in line with those of other similar countries, according to federal health officials. They said the changes would improve public trust and increase uptake of the routine recommended vaccines.

Kim Mack Rosenberg, general counsel for Children's Health Defense, states:
“It is telling that one of the alleged financial injuries to doctors discussed in the judge’s order is that pediatricians will have to spend more time discussing vaccines with families and thus will not be able to see as many patients each day,” Mack Rosenberg said.
“In other words, doctors may have to have discussions with patients so that families can have informed consent.”
What a concept, have discussions with your patients!
Bottom line: The changes create a new framework that keeps all currently recommended vaccines available and fully covered while moving several vaccines into a category designed to emphasize shared decision-making between families and clinicians.
