Initial Clinical Consultation

Initial Clinical Consultation

If you have been trying to make sense of symptoms that do not seem to fit neatly into one category — fatigue, brain fog, food sensitivities, poor recovery, stress intolerance, sleep disruption, hormone shifts, digestive changes, detox reactions, or changing responses to supplements — this consultation is designed to help you step back and look at the full pattern.

Many people arrive here after trying to piece things together on their own. They may have changed their diet, added supplements, tried protocols, pursued testing, or worked with multiple providers, but still feel that something important has been missed.

Often, the issue is not lack of effort. It is lack of context, sequence, and respect for the body’s current capacity.

This consultation is a comprehensive starting point.

We review your symptoms, history, stress load, environment, current routines, and available lab work to identify the patterns that may be shaping your current health picture.

A structured, systems-based consultation to clarify symptoms, priorities, and next steps.

Who This Is For

This is for individuals dealing with complex, ongoing, or difficult-to-interpret symptoms who want a more thoughtful and individualized starting point.

This may be a good fit if you are dealing with:

  • ongoing fatigue, low stamina, or poor recovery
  • brain fog, inconsistent focus, or reduced mental clarity
  • stress overload, burnout patterns, or “wired but tired” symptoms
  • blood sugar swings, cravings, or energy crashes
  • digestive issues, food sensitivities, or changing tolerance
  • hormone-related symptoms or metabolic changes
  • suspected environmental load from mold, metals, chemicals, or VOCs
  • difficulty tolerating supplements, detox approaches, or protocols
  • lab results that do not fully explain how you feel

What We Look At

Rather than looking at isolated symptoms alone, I can assess broader patterns across the body’s systems. The goal is to understand what your body may be compensating for and where capacity may be limited.

Energy production
Mitochondrial capacity, fatigue patterns, recovery, and stamina.
Stress physiology
Cortisol rhythm, blood sugar, cravings, sleep, and nervous system load.
Digestion and elimination
Motility, bile flow, gut patterns, and tolerance.
Environmental load
Mold, metals, chemicals, VOCs, and detox readiness.
Mineral balance
Patterns that may influence stress response, metabolism, and resilience.
Sequence and capacity
What should happen first, what can wait, and what may be too much too soon.

This does not replace medical care or diagnose disease. It is a systems-based, functional interpretation intended to help make sense of the terrain more clearly and guide more appropriate next steps.

What’s Included

1. Intake review Your history, symptoms, stress load, environment, current routines, and prior approaches are reviewed before your session.
2. One-on-one session We discuss your pattern, questions, priorities, and possible areas of concern in an integrated way.
3. Systems interpretation We look at physiology, compensation, stress load, detox readiness, and where capacity may be limited.
4. Next steps You receive guidance on what direction makes sense next, which may include foundational support, testing, or follow-up care.

What You Can Expect

My approach is thoughtful, pattern-based, and individualized. Many people are not only looking for suggestions. They are looking for a clearer explanation of why their body may be responding the way it is.

The purpose of this consultation is to create that clarity. In many cases, the most useful next step is not to do more, but to better understand the order, the load, and the physiology involved.

You should leave with a stronger sense of what may be driving the picture, where support may belong, and what direction makes the most sense from here.

Common Reasons People Book

People often book this consultation when symptoms have become more layered, inconsistent, or difficult to interpret.

  • things that used to work no longer seem to help
  • supplements or detox approaches create reactions
  • fatigue, cravings, poor sleep, and stress intolerance start overlapping
  • testing has created more information but not a clear plan
  • they want to understand what should happen first

Many people are not looking for another quick fix. They are looking for a more coherent understanding of what their body may be dealing with and where it would make sense to begin.

Testing and Labs

You do not need lab work before booking. Existing labs can be helpful when available, but they are not required in order to begin.

If you have recent blood work, HTMA, environmental toxin testing, hormone testing, stool testing, or other functional reports, they may be included when relevant. Testing is not recommended automatically. It is used only when it would meaningfully clarify the picture or guide the next step.

Clinical Philosophy

This work is not about aggressive detox, rapid cleanses, or pushing through reactions. It is about restoring capacity, reducing reactivity, and supporting the body in a way that is clear, structured, and sustainable.

In many cases, stability has to be restored before deeper support is tolerated well.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a medical appointment?

No. This consultation does not diagnose disease or replace medical care. It is a functional, systems-based review intended to clarify patterns and support more informed next steps.

Do I need lab work before booking?

No. Existing labs can be helpful when available, but they are not required in order to begin.

Will testing be recommended?

Possibly, but not automatically. Recommendations are based on the pattern in front of us and whether testing would meaningfully clarify the situation.

What happens after the consultation?

Based on your case, next steps may include foundational support, further assessment, functional testing, or continued work together if appropriate.
