Module 7 — Phased Detox Protocol

How to Detox Safely Without Crashing

Detox is not about pushing harder. It’s about moving toxins only as fast as your body can safely eliminate them. In Module 7, we begin a structured, phased detox protocol designed to protect your energy, nervous system, hormones, and gut.

Up until now, supplements have been optional because we were building capacity. In Module 7, we are actively moving toxins, so the supports below are required for safety once detox begins.

Before You Start

You should be having at least one full bowel movement daily. If not, focus on bowel support first and do not increase detox.

Required Supplements for Module 7

These are required once detox begins. They are not upsells — they are safety supports.

Supplement Product Brand Purpose Starting Dose
Binder GI Detox+ Designs for Health Traps toxins in the gut so they can leave the body instead of being reabsorbed 1 capsule once daily away from food (may increase to 1 capsule twice daily as tolerated)
Drainage support Liver-GI Detox Designs for Health Supports liver, bile flow, and intestinal clearance so toxins can move out 1 capsule twice daily with meals
Minerals / electrolytes Electrolyte Synergy Designs for Health Supports hydration, nervous system stability, and detox enzyme function 1 serving daily (may increase to 2 daily if tolerated)
Mitochondrial support ATP 360 Designs for Health Supports cellular energy so detox does not feel like exhaustion 1 capsule daily with food (may increase to 2 daily if tolerated)
Gut lining support L-Glutamine Pure Encapsulations Supports gut lining integrity while toxins move through the intestines 250 mg once daily with food
Gut immune calming Quercetin Pure Encapsulations Calms gut inflammation and immune reactivity 250 mg once daily with food
Bowel support (if needed) Magnesium Glycinate Pure Encapsulations Helps maintain daily bowel movements so toxins can exit 1 capsule at bedtime as needed

Simple Timing Guide

Morning: Electrolyte Synergy (in water), ATP 360 (with breakfast), Quercetin (with breakfast)

With meals: Liver-GI Detox (with meals)

Away from food: GI Detox+ away from food and supplements when possible. Start with one dose daily and increase only if tolerated.

Evening: L-Glutamine (with food). Magnesium Glycinate at bedtime if needed for bowel support.

Gentle Detox Progression (Flexible)

This is a general progression, not a rigid schedule. Move forward only if symptoms are manageable and bowels are regular.

Phase 1: Introduce binders slowly

Phase 2: Support liver and bile flow

Phase 3: Support lymphatic movement

Phase 4: Support gentle sweating

How to Avoid Detox Crashes

Crashes happen when toxins move faster than elimination. To stay safe: keep hydration steady, maintain minerals daily, support bowels daily, use binders as directed, do not force detox, and lower stress as much as possible.

When to Slow Down

Slow down if you experience insomnia, headaches, anxiety, constipation, dizziness, or intense fatigue.

If symptoms increase: lower detox intensity (often this means lowering binder dose), do not stop drainage support, increase hydration and minerals, and return to the most gentle level until stable.

Slowing down is not failure. It is how safe detox works.

Important Note

If you have complex illness, significant fatigue, hormone instability, constipation, or immune reactivity, you may need a slower pace and smaller doses. This program is designed to be adjusted to your body.
