• add only what feels supportive

For example:
If constipation is your main concern, you might focus on hydration, magnesium, and gentle fiber support.
If you are sensitive or reactive, you may choose only one or two basic supports and add others gradually over time.

If you don’t tolerate one form, you can usually find an alternative.

For example:
