These documents support Module 1 — Foundations & Safety of the Bio-Detox Matrix™ program.

This module focuses on building the basic conditions your body needs for detox to work safely:
• hydration
• mineral balance
• bowel consistency
• lymph movement
• nervous system regulation

These resources are optional support tools to help you implement what you learned in the video and workbook. Move at your own pace and choose what fits your body best.

Food Strategy (Foundations Phase)

In Modules 1–6, food is used to:
• reduce inflammation
• support digestion
• stabilize blood sugar
• and build detox capacity

At this stage, food is supportive, not restrictive.

You can choose one food plan below (if you like), that feels realistic and sustainable for you right now. You do not need to eat perfectly to make progress in these modules.

These early phases are about:
• learning
• experimenting
• building consistency
• and improving tolerance

A more structured detox food plan is introduced later during active detox in Module 7.

That plan is designed specifically to:
• support toxin removal
• reduce reabsorption
• and protect detox pathways

For now:
• focus on regular meals
• hydration
• and gentle improvements

You are preparing your body for deeper work later — not forcing it yet.

Supplements in this module are optional and supportive only.

These suggestions focus on:
• hydration

There is no required supplement protocol in Modules 1–6. Some students enjoy exploring gentle support early using the supplement menu. Others prefer to wait until the structured detox protocol in Module 7. Both approaches are valid.

If you prefer not to choose supplements yet, you may:
• skip supplements entirely at this phase
• use only what you already own
• wait until Module 7 provides clear guidance

This helps prevent:
• buying things you may not need
• guessing
• and wasting money

The supplement list is a menu, not a requirement. Choose what fits your body and your situation.

You are encouraged to:
• start with the basics
• add only what feels supportive
• move slowly
• and listen to your body’s feedback

For example:
If constipation is your main concern, you might focus on hydration, magnesium, and gentle fiber support.
If you are sensitive or reactive, you may choose only one or two basic supports and add others gradually over time.

🔄 You Have Choices

Most supplement categories offer multiple forms and brands. If you don’t tolerate one form, you can usually find an alternative.

For example:
• If you dislike psyllium capsules, you may choose psyllium powder instead.
• If liquid minerals taste unpleasant, you may choose a capsule trace mineral blend.
• If one brand upsets your stomach, you can select a different brand within the same category.

The goal is support, not perfection. Consistency and tolerance matter more than the exact product.
